The villa has 4 double rooms, two of them with extra beds, furnished in luxurious style. Three bathrooms with toilets, cozy tavern with kitchen and utensils, a spacious garden with barbecue and swimming pool with sun loungers for hot summer days and parking in the courtyard of the villa for 3 cars. Each room has a TV, but the house has central heating.

Close to the villa (about 300 m) is a modern luxury SPA Complex with indoor and outdoor swimming pool, outdoor bar, restaurant.
Nearby is also a supermarket chain "CBA".
